1. Rough rolling
The steel slab of the stainless steel plate is rolled to a slab of a certain thickness and width by the rough rolling mill at a higher temperature. Generally, the rough rolling mill is a four-high rolling mill.
2. Finish rolling
The stainless steel slab rolled by the rough rolling unit is sent to the finish rolling unit through the rolling line guide rail, and rolled into the required thickness and width of the plate. Generally, it is rolled by a steel coil mill or a continuous rolling mill.
3. Annealing
Heating steel or steel products to a certain temperature and maintaining it for a certain period of time, then slowly cooling to room temperature, the rolled stainless steel plate has certain processing stress or structural defects, annealing in an annealing furnace can improve structural defects and eliminate stress.
4. Pickling
Remove the scale on the surface of the stainless steel plate and passivate the surface.
5. Cold rolling
In order to obtain better flatness and thinner stainless steel sheets, hot-rolled pickled stainless steel sheets are rolled at room temperature. Generally, a 20-roll rolling mill unit is used.
